Returns & Shipping

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. We do not offer refunds, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange unused, undamaged merchandise for a store credit within 7 days provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt and all original tags remain affixed. All shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned merchandise. All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges on special orders.

We are not responsible for returned merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore recommend that you insure all parcels against theft or damage. Your store credit will be issued once the item(s) are received in their original condition. Lily Pearl Designs is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Shipping

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering, pending credit card authorization and verification. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We will generally ship items ordered together on the same day. However, occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delays immediately.

Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 3 to 8 business days.

For orders $1000 and under:
$10 UPS Ground (Standard Delivery)
$15 UPS 2-Day
$25 UPS Overnight

For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii, we use UPS 2-Day and include an additional $5 over the shipping costs. We do not ship to International or PO Addresses. Your order will not be processed unless the billing and shipping addresses are identical.

For orders shipped to multiple addresses, there is a $4-per-address charge, in addition to the total order charge calculated from the chart above.

For overnight deliveries, your order must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12:00 p.m. Pacific time by calling (760)522.2133. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

You will be informed via email if an item is backordered and will be given an approximate date of shipment.
